Makeup Scheduling Instructions

Attention! Summer 2025 has only 6 weeks. Each family can apply for a maximum of TWO make-up classes.

 

1.Check the Current Schedule: Review the available dates, times, and locations for makeup classes.


2.Request Makeup and Notify Absences: Email us "[email protected]" with your preferred makeup date, time, and location. If space is available, we’ll confirm it. Meanwhile, inform us in advance about any planned absences so we can release your spot to others.

 

3. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we processed your request. Do Not come to the class without receiving the confirmation. 


4.Cancellation: If you’ve scheduled a makeup but can’t attend, please email us promptly to cancel 24 hours in advance so we can release your spot to others. If you missed your scheduled makeup time and didn't inform us, you lose the priority to choose the makeup spot you prefer throughout the whole semester.  Please kindly help us keep the makeup spaces flowing in the community!


5.Limited Availability: Keep in mind that makeup slots are limited due to high demand. Makeup is offered as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. 

 

6.Makeup needs to be done within the SAME semester. Makeup cannot be rolled over to the different semesters. No refunds or credits.
