By registering for a class provided by Early Start Music, I agree with the following conditions;

♦ Liability: I release, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless Early Start Music, Vita Hsieh, Music Together® LLC, Music N Kids Inc. & Kids Go Mandarin, and their respective directors, officers, employees, sponsors, teachers, and staff from any claim, suit, demand, or action arising in connection with mine or my child’s participation in programs operated at Early Start Music and Kids Go Mandarin.

♦ Injuries: Parents, and legal guardians of minor students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained at Early Start Music & Kids Go Mandarin venues resulting from normal class activity or any other activity conducted by families before, during, or after class time.

♦ Media Release: Early Start Music & Kids Go Mandarin and its business affiliates are hereby granted permission to take photographs and audio-visual recordings of the students in classes and other related events to use in brochures, websites, social media, advertisements and other promotional materials that Early Start Music & Kids Go Mandarin creates. Permission is also hereby granted for Early Start Music & Kids Go Mandarin to copyright such photographs in its name. Families may opt out at any time by emailing [email protected]. 

♦ Class Availability: All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment requirements. Classes may be combined or split into two and class times may be altered to suit enrollment.  

♦ Weather/Class Cancellation: In the event of winter weather or teacher absence you will be emailed or texted the morning of class at the latest. Please respond to the email or text to let us know you are aware of the cancellation.

♦ Cancellation/Refunds: If you cancel your registration prior to the first day of class, you will be issued a full refund minus a 6% tuition. There are absolutely NO refunds after the first day of class. If ESM/MT/KGM must cancel the class due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

No credits are given for classes canceled due to natural disasters such as fires, earthquakes, storms community crises...etc.  Also, no credits were given for classes not attended by the enrollee or canceled by Early Start Music due to concerns of virus contamination or other health-related issues. We will make every attempt to offer make-up classes within the current semester, but will not refund classes that are canceled for reasons beyond our control.

♦ Illness: Please DO NOT bring children to the class who may have a contagious illness, runny nose, cough, sneezing, etc. 

♦ Make Ups/Absences: Makeup opportunities are based on availability. You MUST schedule in advance by sending a request email to "[email protected].  Makeup needs to be done within the SAME semester. Makeup cannot be rolled over to the different semesters. No refunds or credits. 

♦ Teachers: Teacher assignments are subject to change and do not warrant a class change or cancellation. 

♦ Caregiver: Caregivers need to participate in the class with their children. For safety reasons, DO NOT leave your child alone in the mixed-age Music Together^® class.  

♦ Food/Toys: No food or drink in our studios. Please leave hard toys at home, only soft toys(stuffies) are allowed in the classroom. 

♦ Digital devices:  Taking a couple of photos of your child is fine. However, cell phone texting, calling, or even watching videos on the smartphone or iPad is prohibited. Please help our community to stay away from any digital devices.
