1. Check the Current Schedule: Review the available dates, times, and locations for makeup classes.
2. Request Makeup and Notify Absences: Email us "[email protected]" with your preferred makeup date, time, and location. If space is available, we’ll confirm it. Meanwhile, inform us in advance about any planned absences so we can release your spot to others.
3. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have processed your request. Do Not come to the class without receiving the confirmation.
4. Cancellation: If you’ve scheduled a makeup but can’t attend, please email us promptly to cancel 24 hours in advance so we can release your spot to others. If you miss your scheduled makeup time and don't inform us, you will lose priority to select your preferred makeup spot for the remainder of the semester. Please kindly help us keep the makeup spaces flowing in the community!
5. Limited Availability: Keep in mind that makeup slots are limited due to high demand. Makeup is offered as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
6 . Makeup needs to be done within the SAME semester. Makeup cannot be rolled over to the different semesters. No refunds or credits.

MAKEUP CLASS POLICY
Please read this carefully so that you understand the procedure for makeups.
1. If you miss a class (or know in advance that you will be missing a class) for illness or other reasons, you can makeup up to TEN classes (That means unlimited because we have only 10 weeks ) per semester.
2. Make-ups must be taken during the same semester as the missed class and refunds are not offered after the start of the session.
3. Make-ups are not transferable to another family.
4. Our online makeup system which tracks your makeups, shows you available classes and alerts the Teacher and the Office to the fact that you have scheduled a makeup.
5. Go to the Makeup Scheduler (click the "Continue" button below) and follow the instructions there.

* Make-Up classes available BY ON-LINE SCHEDULER ONLY (We do not allow walk-ins for the make-up class.)
*To cancel or reschedule your make-up, login to your account through the make-up scheduler. You will notice four tabs, "Make-Ups by Availability" "Make-Ups by Location" "Make-Ups by Teacher" and Cancel Make-Up Use the "Cancel Make-up" tab first, then re-schedule your make-up.****
